Pretty Girls Poppin'® is seeking four committed women to serve as Sisterhood Guides during our 2026–2027 program season.

Sisterhood Guides are consistent mentors who walk alongside a small group of girls throughout The PGP Confidence Journeyâ„¢, helping create a safe and encouraging space where girls can build confidence, strengthen their voices, develop leadership, and experience meaningful sisterhood.

This Is a Nine-Month Commitment

Our girls deserve mentors they can build relationships with, trust, and count on throughout the program year.

She doesn't need another adult who shows up once. She needs someone she can count on.

Sisterhood Guides serve from September 2026 through May 2027 and are expected to participate consistently throughout the program season.
Your Sisterhood

Guide a Small Group of 5–7 Girls

Each Sisterhood Guide will be paired with one PGP age level and will build meaningful relationships with approximately 5–7 girls throughout the season.

What You'll Commit To

Showing Up Consistently Matters

Sisterhood Guides become part of the rhythm of the PGP experience and the lives of the girls they serve.

September 2026 – May 2027
Commit to the full nine-month program season.
Weekly PGP Experiences
Thursdays from 5:30–8:00 PM.
Monthly Sisterhood Meetup
Participate in one additional sisterhood experience each month.
Community Service
Participate in PGP community service projects throughout the year.
Training & Preparation
Complete Sisterhood Guide training and required onboarding.
Special PGP Experiences
Participate in key events and program experiences when possible.
Program Begins: September 10, 2026.

Pep Rally + Parent Orientation details will be shared once the location and final date are confirmed.

We provide the structure. You provide the relationship.

Sisterhood Guides receive access to The PGP Confidence Journeyâ„¢ curriculum, activity guidance, training, program resources, facilitation support, and ongoing communication from the PGP team.

We're not asking you to create a mentoring program from scratch.

We're asking you to show up consistently, build relationships, encourage your girls, and help bring the PGP experience to life.

Sisterhood Guides serve in a volunteer mentorship role, and incentives will be provided throughout the 2026–2027 program season as a way of recognizing your commitment, consistency, and impact.

We’re looking for four committed women ready to mentor, encourage, and consistently show up for a small group of PGP girls during our 2026–2027 program season.

The Commitment

Safety & Requirements

Are you willing to complete all required PGP onboarding and training before working with participants?*

Are you willing to follow PGP policies regarding participant safety, confidentiality, communication, social media, transportation, boundaries, and mandatory reporting?*
