Pretty Girl Summer kicks off with an unforgettable day on the water! Girls will have the opportunity to participate in the Heels & Reels Girls Fishing Tournament hosted by Freedom Waters Foundation — a confidence-building outdoor experience designed to empower and encourage girls through mentorship, adventure, and connection.

Participants will head out on the water with experienced female fishing mentors, learn fishing basics, participate in friendly contests, and enjoy a welcoming environment that promotes courage, independence, teamwork, and self-esteem. All bait and tackle are provided.

After the fishing experience, girls will enjoy a reception and awards celebration with fellow participants, mentors, and volunteers.

This experience is perfect for girls who love trying new things, being outdoors, building confidence, and making summer memories with sisterhood and support.

Fishing Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Lunch Time: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM

Welcome to Pretty Girls Poppin'! Our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a nurturing space where young girls can discover their true potential, embrace their unique identities, and shine brightly in every aspect of their lives.

The Beginning:

Pretty Girls Poppin' was founded by Neffeteria Williams, who recognized the need for a supportive community where young girls could develop confidence, self-esteem, and leadership skills. Inspired by personal experiences and a passion for empowerment, Neffeteria set out to build an organization that would provide girls with the tools and guidance they need to flourish.

Our mission is to empower young girls with confidence and foster a sense of sisterhood through affirmation-inspired activities, community service, and personal development. We believe that every girl deserves to feel valued, supported, and capable of achieving her dreams.

At Pretty Girls Poppin', we offer a range of programs and activities designed to build self-esteem, promote self-love, and develop essential life skills. Our age-specific groups ensure that every girl receives tailored support and guidance appropriate for her stage of growth:

Confident Cuties (Ages 5-6): Building confidence and self-love from the very start.
