The Gem Guardian is a dedicated coach, counselor, therapist, or trusted support person available to pour into girls within Pretty Girls Poppin and the broader community who may need more individualized attention.
Gem Guardians provide professional guidance, mentorship, and support to help girls navigate personal challenges, build confidence, and strengthen emotional resilience.
Whether a girl is facing school pressures, social struggles, or personal obstacles, our Gem Guardians are here to help create a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment for growth and well-being.
What We’re Looking For
Because this role involves a deeper level of responsibility and trust, we are intentional about the women we welcome into this work.
Experience working with children, teens, families, or youth-centered programs in a supportive, mentoring, counseling, coaching, or therapeutic capacity.
A genuine passion for helping girls grow in confidence, emotional wellness, and personal development.
The ability to lead with maturity, confidentiality, care, and an understanding of appropriate boundaries.
Willingness to complete required screening steps, including references and a background check, as part of our safety and compliance process.
