How to Earn Gems

Showcase Achievements: Present your accomplishments to the group and upload evidence to the digital platform.
Support and Encourage: Help peers in their journey to earn gems; foster a supportive and positive environment.

Recognition and Celebration

Every quarter, we come together for a special Gems Ceremony to celebrate the incredible achievements of our girls. During the ceremony, we highlight the hard work and accomplishments of our girls through an Achievements Showcase, followed by the presentation of Gem Awards. It's a time to honor our collective efforts, inspire one another, and look forward to future successes.
