Volunteer Shift Availability (Check all that apply)

Setup Crew (12:00 PM – 3:00 PM) – Set up event space, stations, and decorations

Event Volunteers (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) – Greet guests, assist with stations, guide attendees

Breakdown & Celebration Crew (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM) – Help clean up and enjoy a team

Volunteer Role Preference (Check up to 2)

Greeter & Check-In Team – Welcome guests & manage guest list

Affirmation Station Host – Guide guests through the walk-through experience

Photo Booth Assistant – Help guests capture empowering moments

Donation & Sponsorship Table Assistant – Engage potential donors & sponsors

Event Setup & Breakdown Crew – Assist with setting up or packing up
